Just started - lovely journal

A beautifully bound book, with lots of prompts to help with bookmarking the good times and insights, and getting you through the days where you head talks too much. Excited to write in it.

A beautiful and thoughtful way to check in with yourself

I enjoy writing in this journal and it gives me the chance to 'stop amd think' about my motivations, good and bad. Life is busy with family and work and so I rarely have the time. This is very much the self care I didn't know I needed.
