We offer FREE shipping to New Zealand on all orders over A$79.00. Shipping rates and times for all other countries are calculated at checkout.
Please ensure your correct postal address is entered at checkout. Parcels that are redelivered to us due to an incorrect address or item not collected from a post office will occur a $25 return to sender fee.

Online order pick ups are available for residents of the Geelong/Surf Coast area from our HQ in Breakwater.
Select "Pick up" under Delivery Method at checkout.
You'll be emailed a link to book in your pickup time. Please don't arrive without booking a time, we may not be there to assist you.
We're located in the "Industria" business park at the end of Dyson Ct, Breakwater. You'll find us in warehouse 1.

Diaries, Planners & Journals
We understand purchasing the perfect diary, planner or journal to guide you through 2024 can be a difficult task, especially when shopping online.
Sometimes you just need to feel it first, flick through the pages and really immerse yourself in the contents before you know it's the one.
That's why we offer free 60 day returns on all diaries, planners and journals from our online store within Australia, new or used (excludes Curation (October–December Edition)).
Used Curation Diary Planner or any other Saint Belford journals from our online store for 60 days, and if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at: returns(at)saintbelford.com.au with your order number. If you're in Australia, we’ll issue you a free return label to ship the product back to us for a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note, any shipping charges paid during purchase are not refunded.
Our 60 day return policy applies to international customers also, although we regrettably do not cover the cost of return postage.
Partial Returns of Bundles.
Partial returns of bundles will forfeit the bundle discount price. The amount refunded will be the original amount paid minus the RRP of the items not returned.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the return received on our end.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We reserve the right to offer only partial refunds on any item(s) returned to us with damage or in what we deem is an unusable condition. This also applies to any item(s) returned well past the quoted 60 day time frame.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve checked with your bank and/or credit card issuer and there is an issue with the refund, please contact us at hello(at)saintbelford.com.au.
