Express shipping option available Australia wide for $12.95.

We ship your order from Melbourne, Victoria with Australia Post. Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way. 

 

Dispatch times

Orders typically leave our Melbourne warehouse within one business day. 

Busy periods such as product launches, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas/New Years may require an additional 1-2 business days for order processing.

We currently ship to New Zealand, Canada, SE Asia, United Kingdom and some areas of Europe. Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout.

Please note, some countries will charge VAT & duty on arrival of your goods. Please be aware of these charges before placing an order.

We offer FREE shipping to New Zealand on all orders over A$59.00. Shipping rates and times for all other countries are calculated at checkout.

 

Please ensure your correct postal address is entered at checkout. Parcels that are redelivered to us due to an incorrect address or item not collected from a post office will occur a $25 return to sender fee.

 

Returns

Diaries, Planners & Journals

We understand purchasing the perfect diary, planner or journal to guide you through your year can be a difficult task, especially when shopping online. 

That's why we offer free 60 day returns on all planners and journals from our online store within Australia. (excluding Curation 90, "Almost Perfect" and clearance products)*. 

Products must be unopened, in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund. If you'd like to try the layout before purchasing, please try a sample download here.

Returns must be sent back to us within 60 days of receiving your item(s).

Please note, any shipping charges paid during purchase are not refunded.

International Returns

Our 60 day return policy applies to international customers also, although we regrettably do not cover the cost of return postage.

Partial Returns of Bundles.

Partial returns of bundles will forfeit the bundle discount price. The amount refunded will be the original amount paid minus the RRP of the items not returned. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the return received on our end.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We reserve the right to offer only partial refunds on any item(s) returned to us with damage or in what we deem is an unusable condition. This also applies to any item(s) returned well past the quoted 60 day time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
