Can you feel it?

There is an energy in the collective right now, have you felt it? Busy-ness, overwhelm, must do’s, should do’s and need to do’s.

At this time of year, it seems normal to feel 'stressed, busy and overwhelmed’. We accept this as normal, we buy into the energy of the pace that’s preset for us at the end of the year, ‘a race to the finish’ it’s almost Holiday time!

What if you could choose a different story?

What if you could choose to experience ease, grace and inner peace as 'your normal’?


You decide when your 2020 starts. 

Do you want to create your new reality each day? 

Choose something different.

I want you to ask yourself a question.

Where in my life am I making time and space for myself?

When you take time and make space for yourself in your own life, everything around you will rise to meet this new respect you are giving yourself. 

There’s no better time than the present. Your day is today and your time is now. Whilst it’s easy to write off the rest of the year and plan big for 2020, consider this: 2020 starts today. 

You are co-creating your life with the universe in each moment. Your moments add up to your hours that add up to your days, that add up to your weeks, that add up to your months, that make up your life.



Take a moment to pause and reflect.

I’m here now to encourage you to take a step back and look at your life (and diary) for the next 2 months. 

When you cast your eyes or mind over what you have planned, what emotions come up?

Here’s an activity for you that will take 30 - 60 minutes depending how booked you are. Take a look at each individual event and identify if you feel or hear yourself thinking one of the following. 


After you select one, take yourself through the corresponding questions in relation to the event:


You feel obligated and heavy, maybe experiencing a drop of the shoulders and sinking heart space


You feel anxious, maybe experiencing a clenching of the teeth, jaw or tightening of the head and face


You feel pressured and squeezed, maybe experiencing a tightening of the body.


You’re so excited, you wish it was happening today.


Consider and reframe



  • Do I want to do this?
  • Why do I feel I should ‘do’ this?
  • Who am I trying to please? Is it myself or others?
  • What is the worst case scenario if I don’t do this?
  • How could I instead, use this precious time and energy to give back to myself?



  • Why am I pressuring myself?
  • How do I benefit from pressuring myself?
  • What would my day, week, month feel like if I created more time and space for breath?
  • Do I deserve to take time out for myself?



  • Is this my responsibility? Or is it someone else's?
  • Do I take on responsibility to prove or show my worth?
  • Do I need to be needed to feel as though I am loved?
  • How would it feel if no one needed me?



  • What is stopping me from creating more space in my life for people, activities and things that I just “can't wait to do”?
  • What would life feel like if each day I had something in my diary that excites me?
  • What would life feel like if each and every day I woke excited for life and the day ahead?
  • Where will I create space to do more of this?
  • How would I feel?
  • Who would I be?


HINT. You would be a magical being with limitless potential.
