What's new with Curation 2021 Diary?

September 09, 2020

Curation diary

Every year, we send out a survey asking for your honest feedback. We filter through reviews, comments, emails, and messages to identify areas for improvements and possible additions to make the next edition even better than the last.

Wondering what’s new with the Curation 2021 diary?

Let us break it down for you.

New and improved Weekly Menu

We’ve upgraded the Weekly Menu on the Pre-Week Planner in response to the feedback received. Your feedback suggested it was difficult to distinguish between the lines and the days of the week. The new and improved Weekly Menu uses a table layout, making it easier for you to fill in and view at a glance.

Monthly reflection prompts

At the end of each month, you’ll find a link at the bottom of the weekly spread, directing you to five monthly reflection prompts.

A monthly reflection can help you develop more self-awareness around the choices you’re making, how you’re spending your time, what’s working, and what isn’t.

What you uncover will help you set meaningful intentions and prioritise your time mindfully.

You may choose to complete your reflection in your Pledge to Stay Well journal or a notebook of your own.

While many users have suggested an additional double-page spread for a monthly reflection, it would have increased the overall weight of the planner and hindered the day-to-day use of Curation.

This way, you’ll receive access to monthly prompts, without bearing the physical weight of it.

A brand new feature: Memory Bank

New to Curation 2021, this one-page addition is like a mini journal of highlights.

There are 27 lines to hold your favourite memories from 2021.

Simply record the date on the left and your special moment on the line next to it. If 27 spaces isn’t enough, you can continue this keepsake on the next few lined pages.

Two diary options

One of the most common pieces of feedback we get is “make it lighter, but don’t remove any features” which is always a challenge.

This year, we’ve launched two versions of Curation—Curation 2021 and Curation 2021 (Mini)

Curation 2021 diary includes everything you know and love from previous editions.

The Mini version is a more compact and lightweight version of the Curation 2021 diary, designed for those who take their diary everywhere and don't require the extra space of the Pre-Week Planner in Curation 2021.

*The Mini includes all the features you know and love except the double page Pre-Week Planner.

*The Mini features a modified weekly spread layout which includes:

  • This Week’s Priorities: space for you to list your most important tasks for the week. This is similar to the Mission in Progress feature, but there are fewer lines allocated in the Mini.
  • Gratitude Reflection: space for you to practise weekly gratitude
  • 5 lines allocated to each day (instead of 6)

“This belongs to” page

Many of you requested a place to write your name and contact details so it could be returned to you if you misplace your planner. This is a one-page addition located at the beginning of Curation.

Completed snapshots of each feature

To get the most out of the pages inside, we always recommend checking out our Guide to Using Curation 2021 Diary. It includes video tutorials and plenty of examples to get you started.

This year, you'll also receive an A6 leaflet with your order which includes completed snapshots of each feature inside Curation. This will give you an idea of what each feature looks like when it's filled out.

Available in four stunning shades

Selecting colours is a fun, but challenging process, especially since it's done so far in advance.

This year, Curation 2021 diary is available in Forest Green, Signature Black, Champagne Pink and Vintage Denim.

Curation 2021 (Mini) is available in Signature Black and Champagne Pink.

Just like our 2019 and 2020 editions, Curation 2021 is strictly available in limited quantities. Once sold out, it will not be restocked. Order now to avoid disappointment.
